What You'll Bring
At least a year of proven experience as program coordinator, coordinating multiple projects and priorities for corporate teams
Strong understanding in project management and data analysis
Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, PPT and Teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional research and reporting skills
Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working with diverse teams across multiple time zones.
Ability to work seamlessly and coordinate tasks and events with counterpart in another region (India/US) to provide 24-hour support and coordination for the team.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
BS/BA in business administration or relevant field

The Project Rise Enablement Team is looking for a competent Program Coordinator to undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks. You’ll help in planning and organizing programs and activities as well as carry out important operational duties, including:
Support planning and coordination of a large scale tech modernization project and its activities
Scheduling, organizing and maintaining agenda for all program-level meetings
Calendar management for executive sponsors and program calendar
Coordination and deliverable support for program-level presentations, including board and executive meetings.
Project management support for customer communications and readiness project plans
Compilation and coordination of monthly metrics reports and other reports as needed
