An Insider's view of MoLo Solutions

What are some social events your company does?

MoLo loves any excuse to celebrate! Last year, our CEO threw an ice cream social to thank everyone for their hard work. We also held a MoLo Kids Holiday party with snacks and activities for the children of MoLo employees. I would say my favorite event though was our employee appreciation day where we had an employee appreciation wall in the office.

What does your typical day look like?

On any given day I know that I’ll be working with my teammates and partner carriers to provide supply chain solutions for our customers’ freight. I know it will be fast-paced and challenging but at the same time extremely rewarding. Each day is a uniquely different mix of relationship building and learning opportunities that enables me to grow.

What makes someone successful on your team?

To be successful at MoLo, grit is a must. MoLo will give you the tools and take the time to teach you the industry, you just have to want it! If you are willing to put forth the effort, MoLo will take care of the rest.

Dan

Corporate Trainer

What is your vision for the company?

My vision for the company has been the same since we started the business in 2017: To create the best freight brokerage in the industry, a real home for our people, and a place where they can thrive while they grow their careers. We want to challenge the status quo and change what shippers and carrier partners think of the "traditional brokerage.
