Department OverviewGlobal Services Business Operations is responsible for providing strategic and analytical guidance to support the EVP, Services, with business analysis, data modeling and recommendations on key decisions. The group works cross-functionally with field teams, offer management, and other internal teams on high-profile projects.
The Program Manager, Analytics supports a variety of internal customers, helping them solve business problems using data driven analysis and recommendations. The position leverages data to help our key business partners measure and grow their business through projects including dashboard & report development, data improvement strategy, analysis of data trends, service adoption metrics, upsell opportunity analysis, market sizing, and data access enablement. Projects require a high level of engagement with cross functional teams.
Specific responsibilities include:
Drive dashboard and report development to support executive level and internal reporting needs
Understand internal customer needs and requirements to drive development of new dashboards or reports to assess effort
Understand data components and collaborate with design team & stakeholders to outline milestones for execution and finalize a project plan
Drive and track adoption of dashboards and reports to measure success; Iterate as needed
Data creation leveraging multiple sources and detailed data validation to ensure directional accuracy
Develop metrics to drive and measure strategic growth initiatives and service adoption
Analysis of sales trends to identify upsell opportunities
Data access enablement and data visualization support
Strong project management skills with ability to drive a project from conception to completion
Strategic thinking - Listening to and understanding customer needs; decisive and forward thinking
Strong influencing skills - role requires cross-collaboration and ability to obtain support from various stakeholders
Energetic and self-assertive - must be well organized and able to make proactive recommendations
Comfortable working with data that is not clean & requires validation, making directional recommendations with incomplete information
Experience with revenue/cost analysis, adoption metrics, market sizing, and opportunity analysis
Comfort with fast-paced and rapidly evolving environments
Effective multitasking capability
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills
Advanced Presentation (PowerPoint/Google slides) skills
Tableau experience a plus
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience
