Program Manager, Marketing (Products/Verticals)

The Marketing Program Manager will collaborate with Product and Vertical Marketing Managers, practice leaders and stakeholders to oversee and manage all of the strategic marketing programs for the Product and Vertical Marketing teams. The role is responsible for coordinating cross-team communication and prioritizing the delivery of projects – while working collaboratively with the Project Managers and the entire PMO (Project Management Org) on flawless execution.

The Program Manager will help to ensure alignment across marketing on project goals and objectives, as well as priorities and timelines – and then build out actionable project plans, generate timelines, facilitate reviews/approvals with stakeholders and provide updates on major initiatives to marketing leadership through dashboards and reporting.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage programs and projects to ensure efficient and effective delivery of integrated marketing plans
  • Utilize Workfront to maintain a holistic view into Product & Vertical programs
  • Maintain oversight of the Product/Vertical Roadmap to ensure all projects begin on time, resources are lined up and key deliverables are identified
  • Facilitate the vetting, prioritization and approval of projects with marketing leadership before submitting to creative
  • Coordinate the completion of the Strategic/Creative Brief by Product/Vertical Marketing Manager before submitting to creative
  • Monitor inconsistencies/inefficiencies across projects, surface issues causing delays/risks, and work to fix them
  • Assist with stakeholder review/approval process to keep projects on track
  • Manage and analyzes roadmap and budget reporting across all deliverables to help escalate and resolve delays/risks

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in complex project/program management
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, planning and problem solving
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and develop non-traditional solutions to business challenges

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in PM platform – Workfront, preferred
  • Experience working in fast-paced ad tech or marketing industry within a dynamic cross-functional environment
