The Program Manager, Partner Enablement provides Relativity's partners with the marketing and sales strategies, tools, materials, and training they need to exceed their revenue goals with our platform. You will represent the partner perspective internally and work with our Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to create partner enablement materials that align partner messaging with Relativity messaging and assure the partner value story is incorporated into internal messaging and programs.

Your Role in Action

  • Develop partner enablement programs, including a regular schedule of communication and content based on quarterly/yearly partner marketing calendar
  • Curate, adapt, and provide resources, including adaptations of product marketing content and sales enablement content, that inform and train partners' marketing and sales teams and motivate them to grow with Relativity
  • Lead and implement through-partner marketing campaign plans that assure partner messaging aligns with Relativity messaging
  • Build and present partner enablement topics and material at events such as our annual partner sales kickoff and webinars throughout the year
  • Oversee partner resource site, creating a dynamic, valuable resource that partners turn to for go-to-market messaging and materials
  • Contribute to sales enablement work, including training on partner role in our sales process and maintaining partner specific materials for our sales team
  • Develop essential metrics for measuring impact and effectiveness of partner enablement programs for both partners and Relativity
  • Help create and moderate means of two-way communication with partners for sharing of competitive intelligence, market trends, purchasing criteria, and drivers of customer loyalty

Your Skills

  • 8+ years experience in a marketing or enablement role, with at least 3 years of that experience in a marketing role
  • Experience developing, executing, and measuring marketing strategies and go-to-market plans, including experience with channel/partner marketing
  • Experience overseeing and leading partner enablement projects end-to-end with multiple partners
  • Understanding of sales cycles and processe to guide marketing goals
  • Background supporting partner ecosystems and partner programs within the SaaS industry—specifically with channel or reseller partnerships as opposed to alliances or technology partnerships
  • Work across the organization to influence team members and be an advocate for the partner perspective
  • Assess our challenges, propose solutions, and build plans to address issues
