What we are looking for: As a Program Manager of Service Offerings at Fast Radius, you will chart the path for Fast Radius’ future growth by helping develop our service offering for our Corporate Sales team. You will work with our Enterprise Account Executives, our Customer Application Engineers, our Business Development team, and our Supply Chain teams to understand our competitiveness across our line card and work closely with Customer Application Engineering to jointly develop a roadmap to improve our competitiveness. We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, operating in a high-growth environment, and solving problems with limited oversight. Ideal candidates have experience managing complex catalogs or service offerings at a technology company (e.g., Amazon).

About the Role:

  • Partner with supply chain and customer application engineering to evaluate critically our competitiveness along our existing capabilities, prioritize areas for improvement and define strategies to address them (e.g., onboarding vendors in new geographies, M&A)
  • Orchestrate an agile, closed-loop processes to identify new manufacturing capabilities and correspondingly develop onboarding strategies
  • Partner with supply chain team to define a supply chain strategy to address current and future manufacturing capabilities, specifically addressing the needs of our target verticals
  • Partner with supply chain to develop segmentation of capabilities across CNC machining and injection molding across quality tiers, volumes, tolerances, etc. and build tools to consistently monitor our competitiveness across different verticals (e.g., benchmark parts to gather market pricing and vendor costing periodically)
  • Develop vertical-specific mapping of capabilities needs and roadmap
  • Establish periodic deal post-mortem process to continuously identify and address gaps in capabilities and competitiveness
  • Own market sizing model for manufacturing capabilities in each major industry and geography
  • Partner with product team to ensure we are capturing the right cost competitiveness data and analyzing it on a systematic basis
  • Partner with customer success to maintain reporting on our cost, lead time, OTD and quality complaint rates by technologies and benchmark them against the market
  • Partner with the design and research team to conduct regular surveys to map supply chain performance and pain points for our customers
  • Maintain list of reputable sources to track price evolution of most common raw materials over time
  • Partner with fulfillment team to evolve our line card and quality offering and partner with business development, marketing, customer application engineering and customer success to update it
  • Partner with our Design and Development Engineering team around innovation of manufacturing technologies

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of overall experience across product management, buying, category management, product management, financial analysis and/or marketing
  • Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems independently
  • Solid communications skills – verbal and written
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success; expertise in Excel and/or SQL
  • Ability to seamlessly work across functional and organizational boundaries, and reputation for influencing others and earning trust across levels and organizations
  • Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in product management preferred
  • Bachelor in Engineering or experience with manufacturing technologies such as CNC machining and injection molding
  • MBA preferred
