Program Manager, WW Sales Strategic Initiatives

Meraki is seeking an experienced Program Manager to be responsible for running worldwide sales programs and initiatives. As a Program Manager for WW Sales Strategic Initiatives programs, you will lead the Sales Program Management Office, and work cross functional with our Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Support, Finance, Legal and Operations teams to deliver high-value projects on time with quality and within budget.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Run WW Strategic Sales programs / projects
  • Build and maintain launch plan for multiple projects and initiatives
  • Execute and track program deliverables, achievements, action items, dependencies, risks and mitigation plans
  • Develop strong working relationships with cross functional teams to best understand and deliver on business goals and priorities.
  • Adhere to metrics and governance for Meraki’s process and provide inputs to process improvements
  • Craft program/project status reporting and deliver executive briefings to update senior leaders and partners.

You are ideal for this role if you have:

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex business critical cross functional programs
  • Experience managing programs in at least one of the areas such as software, hardware, networking, cloud technologies or products
  • Must have a successful track record of delivering programs on-time with quality
  • Strong understanding of product/project life cycle or launch cycle
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with project planning tools (Excel, Gantt charts, Jira, Wrike, Confluence, Google Docs)
  • Should be able to deal well with rapid changes, and feel comfortable navigating uncertain/ambiguous situations.
