We currently have multiple opportunities available in our Austin, TX, McLean, VA, Draper, UT, and Chicago, IL offices and are open to remote employees in the Las Vegas, NV and Orlando, FL areas, for Project Coordinators on the Client Services Team, supporting customers leveraging Cvent's Onsite Solutions platform.


Successful candidates must be process oriented, customer focused, multi-tasking individuals with a proven track record against current role's metrics and activities. In addition, successful candidates must propose new and creative ideas, possess highly effective communication skills, and build constructive and effective relationships. Title will be based on candidate experience.

 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage several concurrent projects at one time; Serve as a point of contact for each customer, overseeing their onsite experience using OnArrival 360 solutions
  • Lead the project through engaging with the customer, vendors and internal resources to ensure the success of the project
  • Communicate and adhere to project milestones and internal metrics
  • Directly support and consult with customers on how to best leverage Cvent's Onsite Solutions
  • Act as a liaison between supplier vendors and customers to quote, order, and manage event specific materials, track project costs, expense reports and travel budgets, etc.
  • Work with strategic partners to ensure successful delivery of hardware and supplies onsite
  • Troubleshoot potential issues to ensure the customer's success at their event
  • Configure event specific technology including software, hardware and networking, prior to and onsite at the event
  • Work onsite to ensure event success– up to 40% travel required


Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2 years of customer success, project management, or event planning experience
  • Prior industry (event) and/or onsite technical event exposure
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multi-task and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment, adhering to project timelines and milestones
  • Must be able to integrate knowledge across disciplines to ensure event execution success
  • Ability to work within a team to achieve goals but move autonomously through daily tasks
  • Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity
  • Excel at developing relationships over the phone, email and in person
  • Passion for travel and the onsite space: Strong understanding of the onsite event management experience
  • Basic networking knowledge preferred- Adaptable to progressions in technology
  • Able to work with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce.com or similar contact management software
  • Qualified applicants must be able to lift at least 50 pounds such as large boxes, printers, etc.
