Project Coordinator

An Adage Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Project Owner on day to day tasks for client projects, Adage product support and maintenance support for a scrum team portfolio. The Project Coordinator will work with a portfolio of up to 15 clients that span a variety of industries. Responsibilities will include participating in client meetings and scrum team rituals, helping to coordinate meetings, capture meeting notes and user stories, maintain client backlogs, budgets and roadmaps with the Project Owner.

What you will be doing:
- Partner with the Project Owner to analyze goals and create well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with internal team and Project Owner to prioritize the roadmap and champion the features which will provide the most value to all stakeholders
- Assist the Scrum Master and Project Owner to manage project forecasts, roadmaps, project budgets, deadlines and general progress toward project completion
- Maintain accurate meeting notes and ensure that they are distributed as needed in a timely manner
- Assist the team to develop test plans, user scenarios and test conditions to ensure that the expected results meet functional and user experience requirements
- Manage backlogs for support clients, working directly with clients and Adage scrum team to ensure user stories are accurately captured and prioritized in the team backlog
- Participate in testing for quality assurance and user acceptance testing
- Act as a proxy for the Project Owner on an as-needed basis
- Participate and run client meetings as well as maintain client relationships
We want someone who:
- Has at least 1-2 years’ experience in a client-facing role at a digital agency or technology organization
- Has a 4 year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Has worked in a fast-paced client environment and is comfortable managing multiple competing priorities
- Has strong business writing skills and presentation skills
- Has proven organization skills and attention to detail
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Has experience managing a budget
- Enjoys working with developers and designers to understand technology requirements
- Is unafraid of asking questions
- Has a passion for technology and is continuously seeking new opportunities to learn and grow
- Previous work with Associations or professional e-commerce experience is a plus
