closerlook Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day traffic activity associated with the submission of project deliverables to client medical regulatory boards and/or the FDA.
The Project Coordinator will be a key part of facilitating the medical-legal-regulatory review process for all projects flowing through the agency. Tasks may include but are not limited to creating submission documents, tagging/linking of references within a medical/regulatory review software, routing work through the agency's proofing process and other duties as assigned.
Working with the lead project manager on an account, this individual will also need to gain an in-depth knowledge of all brands and client submission processes, while striving to analyze and improve upon them.
Responsibilities:

• Ensures consistent and accurate submission of project deliverables to our client's regulatory review boards and/or the FDA
• Handles all tracking and routing of requested changes to the internal project teams from submission to completion for each deliverable
• Keeps track of submission to completion rates, along with any rejections for further analysis
• Coordinate among all brands and manage workflow to ensure all documents are submitted for review on time; working with lead project managers to prioritize if necessary

Requirements:

• 4 year college degree
• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong attention to detail and organization are a must
• An ability to prioritize workload and adjust priorities quickly if necessary
• An interest in project management
• Desire to learn about Pharmaceutical Marketing
• Experience in a regulated industry preferred
• Understanding of Zinc Maps or other medical/regulatory collaborative software is a plus
