THE ROLE
Project Coordinator
closerlook's Project Coordinator is an entry-level position for those interested in joining a leading technology and marketing services team. We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented professionals with a can-do, team-oriented attitude to join our growing team. The candidate will work closely with our project delivery and account teams while helping the agency deliver great ideas, work and results for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Organization hub for assigned clients and project work
- Create and manage timelines and resource assignments
- Understand and drive adherence to client systems and processes
- Prepare client submissions
- Manage daily hot sheets and facilitate the flow of project work within the agency
- Maintaining client status documentation
- Participating in client conversations, documenting decisions and capturing next steps as required
- Reports on project progress
- Documents requirements
- Communicates with internal teams
- Assists in prioritizing work
- Monitors work in progress to identify and report on changes and blockers to projects
- Plus additional as needed:
- Captures meeting notes and outlines next steps as required
- Coordinating meetings
- Support financial management on assigned accounts
Requirements:
- 4-year college degree
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience
- Strong organization skills
- Effective communicator
- Self-starter with a strong interest in learning the agency business
- Developing project management skill set
- Interested in technology
