The Role:

closerlook's Project Coordinator is a motivated, detail-oriented person with a can-do, team-oriented attitude. The Project Coordinator will have project specific responsibilities across a set of client account(s) as assigned. They will work closely with their agency counterparts (Sr. PM’s, Account, Creative, Finance, Strategy, Technology) and within the Delivery Team to create the space for great ideas, work and results.

The role will support great project-level results for the agency through thoughtful project planning, staff alignment and effective project management that anticipates and actively manages to mitigate risks. The Project Coordinator will begin to learn and then support financial management responsibilities in the form of estimating work, monitoring budgets and supporting other agency financial processes.

Both the client services and project delivery worlds are successfully navigated by the support of the Project Coordinators proactive communication of project statuses, issues, and opportunities to our internal Delivery Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Participates & supports great communication between the client & agency teams when applicable
  • Supports the team for effective meetings, both internal and with clients by setting clear objectives and desired results
  • Participate in client conversations, documenting decisions and capturing next steps as required
  • Create and manage timelines and resource assignments
  • Supports the scoping and estimation of work
  • Prepares client submissions
  • Ability to create and support daily hot sheets, facilitate the flow of project work within the agency, and updates project management software with allocations
  • Maintains client status documentation & reports on project progress
  • Assists in documenting requirements
  • Monitors work in progress to identify and report on changes and blockers to projects
  • Additional responsibilities as needed:
    • Captures meeting notes and outlines next steps as required
    • Coordinating meetings
    • Support financial management on assigned accounts

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 0-2 years of professional experience
  • Strong organization skills
  • Effective communicator
  • Self-starter with a strong interest in learning the agency business
  • Developing project management skill set
  • Interested in technology
