Vesta Solutions, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions operates our Next Generation Core Services business delivering NG9-1-1 call traffic from carriers to Public Safety Answering Points. The NGCS Project Management Analyst is responsible for carrier / network management of all our network circuits that we leverage for our NGCS service including supporting ordering, tracking subscription terms, ongoing payments, renewals, pricing negotiations, network performance.
The NGCS Project Management Analyst will report to the Director of NGCS Network Services/Industry Specialist
Evaluates, analyzes, and develops business processes and methodologies to implement and enhance cost-effective standard operating procedures. Audits existing procedures for effectiveness and compliance. Investigates and develops solutions to operational business needs. Ensures business operations support the strategic plan.
The NGCS Project Management Analyst acts as the communications solution business analyst and consultant. The NGCS Project Management Analyst will work closely with the NGCS Network Services Team third party contractors, the local service provider(s) and other vendors.
The NGCS Project Management Analyst is responsibles for, but not limited to: System Administration Service, Inventory Management Service, Vendor Management, Operational Assessment, and System Planning Service.
The NGCS Project Management Analyst will be proactive in managing the resources available to support the businesses needs. They will regularly review service information and quality reports to determine an ongoing course of action. This individual also needs to be aware of all solution offerings in our portfolio
The NGCS Project Management Analyst is responsible for allocating all necessary resources to meet project objectives, corporate financial, and customer satisfaction goals. The NGCS Project Management Analyst is responsible for direct communication to relevant senior stakeholders internally by conducting project reviews throughout the life of the project.
Qualifications:
Bachelors' degree with at least 2 years of experience as a Project Analyst / Business Analyst in a high-tech environment.
Must be able to utilize PM tools (schedule, critical path analysis, budget, change order, risk assessment, action item log, etc) to analyze complex issues and develop resolutions for any issues related to assigned project(s).
Basic Requirements
Bachelors' degree with at least 2 years of experience as a Project Analyst / Business Analyst in a high-tech environment.
