Seeking an organized and dynamic Project Management Assistant to join our team for a 6+ month
project! This person will support both our Project Management & Sourcing functions of The Mom
Project.
Responsibilities:
Support Senior Project Manager on job-specific tasks.
Manage relationship between sales & ops teams, including job intake process & quality
control of posting roles; approve projects within The Mom Project marketplace.
Post jobs to external sites (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc).
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensuring accurate skills representation and communication of opportunity to the community
of Moms.
Manage Community Chat tool.
Support additional ad-hoq projects as needed.
About You:
Minimum of 2+ years of project coordinator, administrative or sourcing experience (agency).
Incredible attention to detail
Preference for a high volume / daily fast paced role
Strong written, communication and interpretation skills

Location: Partially remote (candidate must sit in Chicagoland)
Hours: 28 hours/week; 1 day in office
