Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our national Solution Delivery Project Management team. The Project Manager will collaborate in the refinement of our solution delivery processes with a primary focus on hardware solutioning and installations at customer sites, driving the delivery of complete customer solutions, including hardware fulfillment by distributors, hardware installations by third party installers/integrators, internally managed video software deployment and integration, point of sale integrations, video-linked business intelligence reports, and audit services. Projects managed are primarily customer facing.
Currently, the Solution Delivery Project Management team consists of four Project Managers working in collaboration with three Sales Engineers, three Installation Support Technicians, five primary installation partners, as well as customer managed installations, and three partner management personnel.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage appropriate and standardized project management processes, tools and communication/reporting venues and reports for the Solution Delivery team’s internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with the Install Support Team that works directly with customer and partner technicians
Ensure the product has been correctly and completely integrated across the program
Validate that the product has been correctly packaged before deployment and ensure that all release controls have been satisfied
Work with the Solution Delivery Team to deploy the product successfully
Provide regular and detailed financial forecasts to the business based on the aggregation of project deliverables for non-recurring deliverables and subscription services
Manage and refine project cost accounting methods to monitor actual costs vs. quoted costs and work with sales to ensure our quotes cover our costs
Provide timely and constructive feedback to the customer account teams
Provide timely and constructive feedback to Envysion’s Partner Management personnel on partner installation effectiveness, process compliance, and contract deliverables in support of continuous improvement efforts
In conjunction with the customer, lead an effective and formal transition of account relationship ownership to the Customer Success team at project conclusion
Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience with emphasis on deployment activities
PMP certification
Project management of PC hardware and software installation and/or integration
Strong technical acumen with preference in IT networking protocols / technologies, POS systems, camera / video systems
Actively participating in the development of tools and produces to best scale opportunities
Ability to communicate both good and bad news with empathy and grace. Able to hold customers accountable while maintaining positive relationship
Organizational and process change management skills
Demonstrated continuous improvement skills
Willingness to travel 25% of the time, nationwide travel
Residential Location & Travel Requirement:
As a member of the nationwide Solutions Delivery team, we allow this individual to reside anywhere within the United States with strong preference near a major airport. Travel is anticipated >10% of the time.

Basic Requirements
5+ years of project management experience with emphasis on deployment activities
PMP certification
Project management of PC hardware and software installation and/or integration
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
