WHAT DO WE NEED?

The Project Manager is responsible for the management of projects associated scaling Content Services operations through automation. In this role, you will be working directly with Content Services leadership, product management, engineering project management and IT/Ops to drive development and deliver cutting-edge solutions. You will be using your technical and project management skills in defining, implementing and managing in an Agile development environment. This candidate develops a deep knowledge of all aspects of the project, defines priorities and effectively manages planning, execution, and monitoring to successful conclusion.

WE'LL BE COUNTING ON YOU FOR...

This inspired critical thinker builds on prior experience and is responsible for driving programs to completion. You'll work to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget by coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the exectution of projects. You'll also work with product managers and development teams to assure requirements are captured and recording using the appropriate methodology, such as Agile or PMI PMP methods. You'll have a detail-oriented mentality combined with technical skill to ensure quality and timely delivery to impact velocity through scalable solutions to meet business demands. You'll develop a detailed project plan to track progress and effectively communicate project status to all key stakeholders and team members.

YOU PROBABLY HAVE...

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 2-4 years’ experience successful management and solution delivery of cross-functional projects and programs
  • Experience in project management, delivery process/methodology and project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, Sharepoint)
  • Professional experience in Agile development and project management
  • Highly competent in product delivery life cycles and methods to optimize the life cycle for project needs via use of best practices
  • Capable of working independently
  • Exceptional multi-tasking ability
  • Strong technical aptitude and hands on experience working with business and technical teams
  • Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong oral, written, interpersonal, organizational and project management skills
  • Strong record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics & conceptual thinking skills
  • Display clear results orientation with an intense focus on achieving short and long-term goals
  • Must be able to draw conclusions from data and summarize results quickly and efficiently
