Project Manager - Implementation
Hireology closed out another record growth year, and we are looking to add a new role to our Implementation Team. Building strong, trusted partnerships with Hireology clients, the Strategic Implementation Manager will act as a true advisor to our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring our top-tier clients and partnerships effectively engage and understand the Hireology platform and process in order to achieve results, and you will be dedicated to prescribing and executing on successful implementations. Although you enjoy building lasting relationships, you understand that your top priority is properly executing on implementations and communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders during a client implementation. The ideal candidate will possess both client relationship skills and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and prescribe proper implementation plans
- Manage the highest level of implementations
- Offer expert-level training to company’s top-tier clients and partnerships
- Proactively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with Implementation Team members to deliver a successful implementation plan
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, confidence, active listening skills, critical thinking, and adaptability
- Provide expert level thought leadership and training to existing clients
Requirements:
- Must have a proven record of driving results in a high-growth company
- 5+ years of account management, implementation, project management or software training experience
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to navigate complex implementations
- Experience within Retail Automotive is a plus
- Must be an ambassador for Hireology core values while representing the company as a Hireologist within the market
- Must be willing to travel up to 25%
