Job Description Summary

The Automotive Services Group is looking for a Project Manager to join the Market Operations team focusing on strategic business initiatives. This position is ideal for a formally trained project manager that wants to move away from the rigidity of software implementations and get more involved in the business side of things. Projects include strategic business initiatives, sales and adoption campaigns. The Project Manager will be working with both internal and external clients and all levels of management including the C suite. The Project Manager will be responsible for influencing and guiding teams in support of each initiative.

Job Duties

• Plans and oversees projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and that project goals have been achieved.
• Works closely with clients to define project scope, identify roles and responsibilities, determine key deliverables, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Creates long- and short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
• Guides and influences cross-functional teams to optimize collaboration efforts.
• Monitors, tracks, and provides reporting on project status, issues, and risks.
• Leads weekly internally and externally facing checkpoints to walkthrough project status and facilitate meaningful discussion related to the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Must have 2-3 years of experience in a project assistant or project manager role.
• PMP certification is preferred, but not required.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in the auto collision industry is a plus.
