In this role, you will serve as a Program Manager, Strategy and Planning Business Support for GTP work streams.
The Strategy and Planning within GTP is responsible for delivering a comprehensive and continuously updated strategy that encompasses a view of the competitive landscape, the advancements of technology outside of Transunion and how we can/ should leverage new emerging technologies while evaluating and developing Transunion’s Global Technology Platform strategy. This role will help guarantee alignment of the GTP work streams as we drive the GT Platform Global Operating Model and drive financial planning and governance.
What You'll Bring
A minimum of 6 years of project management experience, as a project lead for large, multi-phase projects, ideally with focus in application/software based projects
A minimum of 4 years elicitation and authoring requirements as well as interaction with external customers and internal stakeholders
International experience working with customers\stakeholders is a plus
Ability to work in the multi-time zones, while mostly catering to US (CST, EST, PST), UK and India time
Real time experience working under PMP and Agile methodologies. Certifications will be a plus
Mid-level experience handling the cost, finance of the team. Ability to handle budget based on cost allocation
Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to handle difficult conversations with Internal and External stakeholders
Excellent listening and communication skills coupled with a strong technical aptitude
Demonstrated flexibility in dealing with change, and adversity in a fast-paced environment
Track record of being able to deliver results with multiple time sensitive deadlines

In this role, you will serve as a Program Manager and Business Support to an array of AppDev teams.
We are seeking a technically savvy individual with the strong collaborative skills required to manage initiatives of varying scope and support the financial and strategic planning work and report on execution.
This is a hands-on and fast-paced role where the incumbent will be a key member of the team working on multiple initiatives/needs at a time and will be responsible for aligning the work streams to the overall GTP strategy as well timely raise any risks that could impact our execution against baseline and financial forecast.
You will drive projects to delivery by performing project administrative tasks such as: creating and maintaining timelines, identifying and reporting action items and risks, project status reporting, meeting facilitation and preparation of meeting notes
You will be a primary contact for internal stakeholders and will be accountable for ensuring there is alignment on timelines and deliverables
You will lead collaboration to help identify creative solutions to meet needs and address problem resolution
You will manage teams financial forecast and report on execution, re-forecasting and deltas
