Project Manager

As the Project Manager, you will be a key connection between DAIS and our clients.  This position will communicate customer project and product requirements, user stories, and ongoing developments to the DAIS Product Management team, and project status to key stakeholders. Additionally, this role will coordinate information gathering, road mapping, status reporting, and daily project communication to and from DAIS customers on an ongoing basis. Finally, this role will support the delivery of DAIS cloud-based solutions, and coordinate launch activities with clients.



  • You will have created actionable and comprehensive requirements documents that include user stories for features prioritized by the Product Management team and customer.
  • Information gathering meetings at DAIS’ clients will be effective, efficient, and synchronized with the DAIS Product Management team.
  • Development and Product roadmaps that include EPICs and feature breakdowns in stakeholder terms will be communicated clearly and in a timely fashion for DAIS clients to prepare for launches and milestones.
  • Key stakeholders from clients’ various departments will be continuously well-informed about DAIS roadmaps and delivery schedules and will feel confident in using these roadmaps in their respective departments’ planning.
  • You will develop an intimate understanding of the impact that each of the milestones of DAIS’ delivery has on clients’ information systems and departments.
  • DAIS’ clients will consider you a trusted advisor and reliable source for information on project status.
  • DAIS will consider you the best resource to turn to for knowledge of shifting client priorities and deadlines as well as any client-side changes.
  • Manage expectations and escalations of both internal team members and clients.



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prioritization and time management in an environment of frequently changing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to transparently expose complex information to key stakeholders.
  • Ability to establish, nurture, and retain trusted relationships with key stakeholders at all organizational levels, both within DAIS and at our clients’ organizations.
  • Familiarity with modern concepts and terminology in Applications Software Development.
  • Experience in understanding and communicating road maps, user stories, and requirements.
  • Previous consulting experience is a plus.
