As the Project Manager at Cooler Screens, you will drive the management and coordination of project needs, guiding and prioritizing our product deliverables to align with company goals. You will work closely with creative, leadership and tech teams to provide execution oversight, helping to proactively identify process challenges and provide solutions in a fast-paced startup environment. 

Who You Are: 

• You’re motivated and looking for the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a company transforming retail cooler surfaces. 
• You’re an amazing communicator who can effectively present and articulate key milestone deliverables to peers and external partners. 
• You possess a solid understanding of project management processes including scope definition and management, communication management, and risk identification and management. 
• You are knowledgeable of project management methodologies including agile, scrum and waterfall.  
• You’re a multi-tasker. You’re able to juggle multiple projects and timelines simultaneously and can adapt to shifting priorities. 
• You can author and maintain essential project documentation including project plans, scope baseline documents, resource plans, issue and risk logs, status and burndown reports. 
• You are excited by working in technology and start-up venture environment 

Qualifications 

• 4+ years managing digital projects 
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively across multiple teams and resources 
• Experience in agile delivery including Scrum 
• Up-to-date on the latest project planning and tracking software solutions 
• Experience working with retail brands or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies preferred
