Description

Fusion’s Project Manager plays a key role within our Delivery team. This role works directly with our clients and delivery team to ensure quality deployments of solutions built in the Fusion Framework®, built on the Force.com cloud platform. 

This role, which interfaces with external customers (Project Leads, Program Managers, Business Users, and Subject Matter Experts-SMEs) will focus and deliver on the following direct roles and responsibilities:  

  • Execute projects on time, within scope and budget by coordinating resources and timetables with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain project effectiveness and efficiency by documenting clear and concise project activities, milestones, actions items, and issues/risks to stay within scope and timeline.
  • Be a key player in consistently achieving high Customer Satisfaction scores by setting clear expectations and promptly escalating to leadership.
  • Multitasking by managing multiple projects from small to large enterprise clients while consistently meeting deliverables and striving to exceed expectations.
  • Perform periodic project health checks to identify timeline and resource risks and provide mitigation strategy.
  • Support financial objectives by forecasting project timelines, analyzing project needs and completing corrective action.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast paced, rapidly growing, and passionate Project Management Office.
  • Ability to set, meet, and provide progress on goals consistently to your Direct Manager.
  • Experience managing teams of technical professionals without authority.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems or related category
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in project management
  • Must be self-directed, working independently and as part of a team
  • Have a proven record of managing challenging client situations 
  • Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise-level engagements
  • Working knowledge of relational databases, data management, and object modeling
  • Ability to handle conflicting situations both internally and externally 
  • Learn and adapt to Fusion’s project methodology and supporting tools 
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally with Product, Sales, and Support 
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective note-taking and clearly articulating action items for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Salesforce.com or Force.com experience preferred but not required
  • May require 25% travel
