About Us:
Media is changing and with it the distribution of print news is evolving into a primarily digital channel. In the wake of this change we at F/A are working hard to keep community news at your fingertips so you can stay engaged in what is happening in your neighborhood. We are a new type of agency that values the structure of a traditional company but exercises the flexibility of a remote work life. You will need to be downtown a few days per week minimum.
What will you be doing?
We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for day-to-day interaction and management with our top clients. This includes client communication, status updates, & reporting. This person should be comfortable collaborating with leadership to build scalable and repeatable processes.

Things you would be responsible for:
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible
Drive accountability across the business in order to meet or exceed project promises
Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize the progress of the project
Prepare reports for clients and upper management regarding status of projects
Collaborate with our executive team to develop and refine plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate customer experience business objectives
Foster a goal-driven and collaborative environment while enhancing the company culture and core values
Here’s what your background looks like:
3+ years in a client service role, startup experience a plus
Experience with inside sales and/or call center teams a plus
Proactive problem-solver capable of identifying issues, but more importantly generating solutions
Flexibility to deal with last minute changes, the ability to remain calm under pressure, comfortable working with minimal direction
Excellent communication skills (client-facing, internal, written and verbal)
