The Requirements of This Role:

• Ability to hire the right team of skilled construction workers and to keep them motivated to ensure high quality jobs across all projects
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task
• Project Management/Supply Chain education preferred
• 5 years of construction experience
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

The Day-In, Day-Out:

• Spearhead the new project checklist
• Communicate and coordinate with Director of Construction in regards to project resource planning
• Negotiate/approve change orders and pricing with subcontractors
• Review architectural plans and qualify bids
• Primary point of contact and client relationship manager throughout the entire project
