Project Manager

It's with that in mind that Hireology is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, team-oriented individual to join our growing Customer Success team as a Project Manager. You will play a crucial role in connecting our customers to our software.
As our Project Manager, your key responsibility is to successfully implement new customers with Hireology's payroll integration partner. This includes every facet of implementation including developing requirements and setting expectations, managing communication between internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring all project deliverables are completed on time.
Responsibilities
Project management of cross-functional initiatives to ensure fluid communication between internal and external stakeholders, consistent timeline execution, and creative problem-solving
Serve as a single point of contact ensuring smooth, timely execution that delights our customers and delivers lasting growth to our company
Manage communications to relevant internal and external teams, coordinating and/or executing training as necessary
Own efficacy and accuracy of internally and externally facing reporting
Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time with clearly measured impact
Flag any off-track items and work with relevant teams to resolve effectively
Create and maintain project documentation to ensure status visibility across the company for all projects

Requirements
3-5 years experience in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent client, vendor, and internal communication skills
Excellent written communication skills
Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to build an accurate and informative narrative with data
Comfortable with change
Quick learner of software
