Project Manager

Job Summary
Working independently and under moderate supervision, the Project Manager will partner with internal and external project teams to manage scope, develop timelines and deliverable estimates, coordinate resources, facilitate communication with a portfolio of 10-12 clients, oversee the delivery of clients objectives, and escalate issues as appropriate. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that these activities are delivered in accordance with GTreasury standards, and in a consistent way across regions and internal departments.
What you will do:
- Collaborating with product, implementation, and development resources to achieve clients objectives
- Developing integrated project plans in accordance with GTreasury standards
- Scheduling tasks, deadlines, and milestones for stakeholders and resources
- Identifying and properly scoping critical success factors for each project
- Modeling and tracking project budgets against actual performance
- Identifying and managing project risks, roles, and responsibilities
- Raising and monitoring issues and conflicts, removing barriers, resolving minor project issues and escalating to leadership when required
- Setting up appropriate governance and oversight of assigned projects
- Facilitating project communication, including status reports to executives, stakeholders, business units, vendors, and project teams
- Identifying and implementing process improvements and automation
Who we are looking for:
- 3+ years of client-facing experience in a project management role, preferably at a SaaS provider in B2B software
- Experience in building senior relationships internally and externally
- Excellent listening, presentation, and consultative skills
- Strong experience with financial software products
- Ability to manage multiple, complex projects at the same time, with remote resources potentially
- Strong, proven technical skills
- Proven organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills and proven success
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levels
- Bachelor’s degree required, business or IT-related degree preferred
- PMP or CAPM certification are a plus, but not required
