What you get to do in this role:
- Help take small to large Technical Business Applications projects from original concept through final implementation
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities required to deliver great results
- Help with overall communication and work with all areas affected by the project including partners, business sponsors and vendors
- Attend and help drive Scrum rituals (Planning, Standups, review, retrospective, etc.)
- Help with status reporting to support project discussions at Steering Committee and Sponsor level
- Apply consistency and best practices through project initiation, planning, execution and closing phases, promoting outcomes and benefit tracking
- Manage logistics and external dependencies
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the schedule
To be successful in this role you have:
- 3-5 years of hands-on project management experience
- Superior communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks related to multiple, interrelated projects
- Experience managing projects in enterprise environments delivering business applications for one or more departments
- Experience with Agile traits and techniques: Lean design, accommodating changing requirements, iterations, loop feedback with customer involvement
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to have significant impact on enterprise level programs and projects
