We are searching for top-level Quality Service, Florist professionals to join us at FTD Companies. The Quality Service Representative will take a leading role in carrying out continual improvement initiatives benefiting FTD Member Florists, and ultimately FTD customers served. We strive to aid local florists to excel and grow with help from our Floral-brand E-Commerce business.

You will Contribute by confidently enabling our member florists to successfully fulfill their order that will help the efficiency of their business models as we elevate our iconic FTD brand. You will also help with;

• Champion FTD's efficiency models on quality and fulfillment plans. Create curriculum and resource materials (e.g., boot camp, etc.), that you will distribute to our member Florists with regards to fulfillment planning and readiness, care, and handling of the fresh-cut product.
• Drive the development and implementation of flower and plant product specifications for all FTD.Com member florists, continual improvement of processes, and advise members on the quality of flowers, methods of handling flowers and plants, and other factors affecting perishable products.
• Work directly with suppliers and customers to enhance product quality, ensure customer satisfaction and retention with regards to materials, processes, or products.
• Administer the Test Order Management module to include the facilitation of test orders, analyzing and reporting results, and supporting follow up remedial actions
• Conduct floral shop assessments and create insightful resourced plans to support improvements and best practices around quality and fulfillment that the florist can achieve.
• Assure compliance to all FTD Standards and federal, state, local regulatory requirements so that members are in compliance.

What we seek is a Quality Service Representative with the ability to support efforts in the development and implementation of flower and plant product specifications for all FTD.Com and member florists and continual improvement of these processes. You will demonstrate your quality serviceability current Floral shop owners in our network. These are what we are looking for;

• Progressive experience in quality assurance, process improvement, and successfully leading lean initiatives--preferably directly related to the floral industry.
• · Demonstrated ability to multitask and achieve results under pressure and throughout demanding timelines.
• Demonstrated experience in rapid problem identification and root cause analysis leading to corrective and preventive solutions while remaining customer-focused.
• Ability to write business reports, business correspondence, and communicate with international and domestic florists, vendors, and FTD customers.
• · Ability and willingness to work anytime during and after operating hours to resolve quality issues, especially during holiday peak periods.
• · Floral operations management - quality and process capability improvements.
