Recruitment Enablement Program Manager

We're looking for a solutions oriented Program Manager to help drive improvements to our recruitment processes and workflows and enhance our ability to find, sell, and hire exceptional talent. In this role, you'll collaborate with our Recruitment Operations team to design workflows, automations and integrations that are simple, repeatable and accessible. You'll help to evaluate new recruitment software and proactively find new ways to improve the systems and tools we use everyday. You'll also assist in developing new reporting routines, proactively updating our processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with evolving regional legislation and building an information infrastructure to support a learning culture.

Qualifications
These are the minimum qualifications that our hiring team is looking for in this role:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR focused role
- 1+ year of experience in a project management or operations specific role
Additionally, these are the preferred qualifications that would indicate a particularly strong candidate:
- Experience with recruitment software, such as Greenhouse, GoodTime, TalentWall and Hiretual.
- Ability to influence teams cross-functionally using compelling data
Within 1 month, you will...
- Complete Sprout Social's new hire training & onboarding program alongside other new Sprout team members. You'll gain a broader understanding of our existing processes and programs, and how your role fits into the organization.
- Work with our Manager of Recruitment Operation to set initial priorities, align on expectations for your role and learn about Sprout's approach to recruitment.
- Get to know and begin to build working relationships with the Recruitment team, broader People team, and immediate vendor partners.
- Become familiar with our recruitment plan, processes, and suite of tools and resources.
Within 3 months, you will...
- Continue to build trusted relationships with the People team and other cross-functional partners
- Have a firm understanding of the recruitment process and the team's systems and workflows.
- Develop a point of view on the most effective mechanisms for facilitating enablement.
- Begin regular development conversations with your manager to set long term goals and plant goalposts for your career.
Within 6 months, you will...
- Understand the ins and outs of the recruitment team tech stack
- Begin to provide skills training, subject matter expertise, and tools guidance to the team.
- Assist in developing regular reporting routines. This may include a weekly metrics update to discern progress to goal, areas of strength, and the highest potential areas of investment to increase hiring capacity and impact.
- Propose and own Recruitment Team onboarding and learning & development plan to support continued growth across all tools and resources.
Within 12 months, you will...
- Have a clear vision and view of the impact enablement is having on hiring at Sprout.
- Evolve our processes to support continued scale and complex hiring globally. Have an outsized impact on the hiring achievement and team capacity.
- Surprise us! Use your unique ideas and abilities to change Sprout in beneficial ways that we haven't even considered yet.
