About this roll*:
- Manage Toast Installers team in your region
- Learn the Toast POS system and become a product expert
- Ensure positive customer experiences and quality installations in your region
- Install / configure Toast hardware including terminals, handhelds, printers and other peripherals
- Install networking devices including routers and wireless access points
- Conduct restaurant operation consultation sessions with owners/chefs to configure the Toast POS appropriately
- Run training sessions with front of house, back of house and restaurant management
- Maintain and document implementation plans and network diagrams
- Test / troubleshoot unknown networking problems
Do you have the right ingredients*?
- Experience managing remote teams
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Demonstrates attention to detail and strong organization skills
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot in a timely manner
- Adaptability and strong work ethic
- 5+ years of experience installing/configuring point-of-sale systems or comparable experience
- Knowledge of network design and deployment including protocols supporting LANs and WANs
- Networking degree or certification is a plus but not required
- This role will require regional travel
