GTreasury, A leading innovator of integrated SaaS treasury and risk management solutions, is currently looking to hire a contract RFP Writer to assist our Product Marketing and Sales Teams respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and general sales requests. Reporting to the Manager of Product Marketing, you will be a key member of the team responsible for the creation and management of all proposal operations, with the ultimate goal of securing new business for GTreasury.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the coordination, creation, and delivery of Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), and Questionnaires from sales prospects with the primary purpose of increasing win rates
• Analyze new business proposal requests, detailing the overall requirements and engaging appropriate subject matter experts as required
• Manage the hands-on development of the proposals, utilizing stock material where appropriate and writing as needed to create a clear, concise, compelling and customized response for each client or prospect
• Develop an overall strategy and coordinate efforts across the business for responding to proposal requests
• Further develop and maintain a response library
• Work with our Marketing Team to maintain consistent messaging and formatting for sales documentation
• Collaborate with Technical Writer to keep existing supporting documentation current

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role, or 1+ years of experience within a treasury software environment preferred
• The ability to a develop a clear, concise and convincing value message in a technical software environment
• Strong project management and organization skills and the ability to remain flexible and effective under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Outstanding written communication skills
• Understand best practices for responding to requests and can develop an overall strategic direction
• Adapts strategy/approach/content/etc. to changing market and competitive conditions
• Ability to partner with sales, implementation and development resources to understand the key points that a prospect needs to understand when purchasing our solution
• Loopio experience is a plus
