Sales Support & B2B Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a versatile B2B Marketing and Sales Support Specialist. This individual contributor role will directly support the Sales team.

Key Work: 
*Fully support Sales team (Enterprise, Channel, SMB) to achieve revenue targets with rapid delivery of collateral, pitch decks, follow-up, etc. 
*Craft finely tuned client proposals.
*Assist team with appointment setting, scheduling, pre and post meeting communication. 
*Lead generation execution. 
*Design and build B2B email marketing programs to increase retention and revenue. 
*Create sales enablement materials and curriculum that support the sales force in their revenue generating efforts.
*Evaluate and update playbooks and ongoing programs to ensure they reflect any organizational, product, or content changes in new ways.
*Execute employer branding events, content and programs with clients.

Key Skills: 
*Excellent writing skills: content, copyediting, conversion, email comms. 
*Excellent presentation and communication skills 
*Sales/Sales Ops/Sales Enablement experience within a B2B organization 
*Storyteller + Project Manager: you must be able to assess requests with internal Sales stakeholders, interpret needed deliverables, drive a plan for needed deliverables, craft a narrative, distill a story and work through design iterations at a high level. 
*High impact success driving cross-functional projects to achieve goals 
*High sense of urgency and visionary work ethic required to drive business outcomes 
*Ability to assimilate complex concepts and clearly articulate The Mom Project’s value proposition 
*Demonstrated effectiveness collaborating with multiple levels of management 
*Required tech stack: experience with Salesforce required. 
*Hubspot experience preferred, but not required.
