What You'll Bring

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required

A minimum of five years’ experience working with and coaching scrum teams

Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies and Agile at Enterprise Scale

Broad knowledge of supported technical and business functions, systems, and cloud based applications

Understand the technologies to be delivered, which are primarily IT infrastructure, with disciplines that include Linux, Webhosting, Common Services, Network, Storage, DB, Cloud and more.

Uphold the framework and integrity of Scrum and Kanban practices.

Strong facilitation, leadership and collaboration skills

Impact You'll Make

3+ years of Scrum/KANBAN, Agile and Infrastructure experience required

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required

Certification(s) in Agile methodologies (PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, SA, SASM or equivalent) preferred

Strong facilitation and collaboration skills

Strong communication skills

Strong understanding of and demonstrated experience in using Rally (Agile Central)
