West Monroe is seeking a Scrum Master, Enterprise Data & Analytics, for our Internal IT team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, enjoy hands-on engagement, and have a track record of managing solutions from concept through implementation and production support. The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of agile processes for critical internal development teams. They will help create a high performing team by coaching and facilitating using agile principles, partnering with the Product Owner to help the team deliver on sprint goals. Along the way, they will aim to remove impediments and escalate issues to management as necessary. The Scrum Master will be responsible for motivating the team, championing change within the organization, and facilitating team ceremonies, including retrospectives, to ensure continuous improvement from sprint to sprint. The Scrum Master should have enough technical proficiency to collaborate with functional SMEs and guide technical discussions.

Key Responsibilities/Qualifications
•5+ years of hands on Scrum Master experience
•Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
•Experience practicing scrum methodology in software delivery and data analytics
•Rigorously manages scope to ensure agreed/approved/appropriate value is delivered and commitments are achieved within time, cost, and quality parameters
•Communicate risks and rewards associated with decisions and actions to stakeholders in business-oriented terms and ensure all controls are in place to sustain risk mitigation
•Validates financial forecasts and provides on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures
•Defines and tracks key milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan
•Strong independent leadership skills with the ability to lead a large team with minimal oversight including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
•Excellent verbal and communications skills. Provide clear, concise direction to the broader team while delivering comprehensive status to senior executives, project champions and Portfolio Delivery Leads
•Project Management experience, preferably managing technology projects, Data & Analytics, or technology background and experience 
•Responsible for facilitating team level agile ceremonies
•Remove impediments to keep the teams focus on goals
•Ability to perform metrics-driven analysis to help team identify and implement improvements
•Responsible for clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key project roles.
•Ability to coach and mentor all roles in a scrum team
•Represents the project in various project governance and inter-department forums
•Proficiency with at least one Agile Lifecycle Management tool
•Experience overseeing Data and Analytics specific projects is highly preferred.
•Strong knowledge and experience with various aspects of a systems development lifecycle, specifically Windows/.NET environments
•Experience working with the Microsoft BI platform, Power BI, and custom JavaScript front-end is preferred
•Experience working with SaaS products and services
•Overall knowledge of the latest trends in the corporate Information Technology domain (Cloud, Application as a Service, etc.)
•Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, finance, or similar, MBA a plus
•Consulting/Professional Services background preferred
