About the Team:
The Digital team is responsible for managing the Illinois Lottery Brand, Marketing and Games presence online and delivering sales growth and engagement through web, mobile and social channels.
Position Overview:
Focusing on a high profile Web and Mobile App launch, the Digital Project Coordinator will create a segmented customer migration plan, identify all major player facing changes and develop a suite of key messages to explain the new web experience. The planner will work across various functional teams to manage the delivery of a series of multi-media customer communications that ensures smooth migration of existing online lottery players.
Responsibilities:
- Define and develop comms and content solutions that will ensure smooth customer migration from old to new web platform, meeting agreed business requirements and schedules.
- Create a clear comms plan with all critical dependencies mapped, ensuring key stakeholders are aware of and committed to delivery.
- Define a message matrix and associated content requirements for email and web content development, ensuring requirements are captured and implemented accurately.
- Coordinate and manage the timely production of content required to support the comms plan, working effectively across teams to ensure creation and approval within tight timelines.
- Escalate critical issues to the Digital Director.
Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2 plus years of experience in a digital type role working with web and/or mobile related data, tools, etc...
- Experience with some form of web and/or mobile customer base data management / migrations.
Preferred:
- Experience of managing similar web/mobile customer base migrations.
- Experience either in a comms planning and/or media planning role.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation principles and deployment of content across interactive platforms.
- Experience of the content creation process in an interactive channel environment.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems, adding a new and innovative perspective on existing solutions.
- Regulated markets and/or industries.
