What You'll Bring

Experience in driving complex Infrastructure and Cloud initiatives that have a high level of cross-functional dependencies.

Experience in establishing from the ground up, a Global AWS Cloud platform that’s securely integrated into an existing & new enterprise set of core infrastructure services (Security, Cloud Services, CI/CD Pipelines, Network and DevSecOps Operational Readiness)

Strong Leadership skills to drive on-time delivery of commitments. Demonstrate the ability to:Provide both strategic and tactical leadership in support of program objectives with ownership and accountability of these objectives

Maintain a strong cadence of communication to key stakeholders ensuring they are kept informed on status, blockers, risks and mitigation thereof. 

Review estimates from key players and have sufficient experience to draw on for asking the appropriate questions to assess validity and understand downstream dependencies

Identify opportunities for acceleration and risk mitigation to solve delivery challenges that might result in delivery/commitment impacts

Ability to facilitate large workshops with technology & business teams to identify requirements, make decisions quickly, seek alignment and/or mitigate risk.

Experience in developing executive level presentations and communications

Experience operating in an Agile SAFe environment.

Ability to drive global organizational change, balance business requirements with IT initiatives, provide technical leadership, & manage execution on critical initiatives.

Lead, mentor, and coach technologists across the globe.

Exceptional communication and follow through skills with global & diverse audiences - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

Ability to collaborate with Business Executives, Architecture, Delivery and Product teams to define, plan & execute on TransUnion’s strategic need to establish a Global AWS Cloud Platform

Up-to-date knowledge of AWS services and capabilities

BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a strong technical IT environment.

We’d Love to See:

3+ years of experience leading complex Cloud and/or Infrastructure build-out efforts

Ability to build value propositions/business cases and communicating within global delivery organizations & with senior executives (VP, SVP, EVP).

3+ years of experience working with AWS

Understanding of Infrastructure as code and robust CI/CD Pipeline solutions.

Impact You'll Make

In this role, you will lead TU’s effort in establishing a highly secure and automated Global AWS platform, which will contribute to our strategic Business and Technology transformation efforts.

Your involvement in this program will be central in driving the strategy, design and build out of Global AWS platform capabilities across the organization

You will transform how application and business units consume infrastructure services in the future; to become more automated, self-service and secure

Drive organizational change on how technology and applications are designed and operationally managed

Occasional travel will be required.
