The Senior Manager of Marketplace PMO is responsible for creating the Program Management Office (PMO) at GoHealth.  This role will develop, build and ultimately and lead a team of highly skilled program/project managers and business analysts that consistently deliver high-quality solutions that add significant business value.

Responsibilities:

  • Hires and manages a developing team of program/project managers and business analysts
  • Builds strong internal cross-functional relationships across Technology, HR, Call Center Program Leaders, Operations Leaders, and Account Management to understand partner needs/requirements and help translate that strategic direction into actionable projects
  • In partnership with Account Management, supports the implementation of any new programs under GoHealth’s business offerings
  • In partnership with Account Management and Call Center Performance teams, orchestrates the ongoing delivery of operational processes such as reporting, telephony, quality, training and other day-to-day updates associated with all existing programs
  • Supports and manages large, complex technical initiatives such as migrations or integrations
  • Develop a playbook for and manage the implementation of new Call Center location initiatives
  • Establishes, implements and governs project management standards and metrics that enable consistent, successful project and ongoing process delivery across the organization
  • Works collaboratively with other teams and departments
  • Holds self and others accountable
  • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of project management or experience driving operational excellence in services industries
  • 4+ years of management or supervisory experience
  • University degree, PMI certification, Lean/Six Sigma certification or related business experience
  • Stakeholder management expertise
  • Strong project management, process and technical knowledge
  • Knowledge of industry-standard methodologies and IT delivery approaches including Agile, DevOps
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and multiple employees simultaneously
  • High degree of flexibility and agility to pivot quickly and respond to team dynamics
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Exceptional listening skills and emotional intelligence to read and interpret team and leader dynamics
  • Interest and passion for continuous improvement and leveraging the expertise of other team members
  • Comfort with ambiguity and changing context
  • Strong ability to build high trust relationships with leaders at all levels
