Summary

The Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist will act as the liaison between the business units/client, technology teams and support teams. The individual will work directly with our clients to understand their business/communication/training needs. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring that deliverables meet client standards and expectations. The successful candidate will work on multiple tasks simultaneously and be a team player.

The Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist will report to the Change Management Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, prepare, deliver, and evaluate stakeholder interventions and adjust the Communications and Engagement Plan as needed
  • Develop communication materials
  • Lead meetings with SME’s, client management and vendor personnel
  • Assess, document, and communicate client practices
  • Potentially lead and participate in business function analysis and process mapping
  • Participate in vendor mobilization efforts and prepare project structure (governance, steering committee, project plans, communications, project organization, etc.)
  • Mentor project resources as necessary

Requirements

  • Applicants should have at least 3+ years of business analysis/organization change management experience
  • Communication development for internal and external stakeholders
  • Gas utility experience – especially knowledge of construction / field operations is desired
  • Enterprise Asset Management experience – SAP or IBM Maximo desired
  • General Consulting experience at a top tier consulting firm – running workshops; defining requirements; mapping processes; developing technical specifications
  • Strong business analyst skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Possess strong oral and written communication to provide presentations to management
  • A team player with the willingness to assist coworkers on other projects as required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft based applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Project)
  • Understanding of the business analysis and project management methods
  • Understanding of System Development Lifecycle (Waterfall and Agile)
  • Project Management experience – PMP certification a plus
