Summary
This role is responsible for the management of one or more corporate programs, typically consisting of multiple projects or sub-projects for a national client account. This role provides oversight of project management and completion primarily for internal clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and/or develop program plans that align with organizational objectives
  • Define program requirements; identify interdependencies with internal or external departments or clients and coordinate to receive input
  • Promote the program and projects throughout the organization and track utilization
  • Identify the need for communications regarding the program; develop and disseminate communications as needed
  • Participate in all aspects of corporate programs, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and performance
  • Supervise the work of program or project staff to ensure that work is completed on time or in accordance with established standards or specifications
  • Analyze data surrounding program effectiveness; provide reports and updates to senior management or other internal stakeholders
  • Track program progress, adoption, or performance and provides ongoing reports to leadership; recommend improvements to leadership when adjustments are needed
  • Evaluate program effectiveness by collecting and analyzing data in support of key performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance of program activities with organization policies and client service level agreements
  • Ensure confidentiality of internal and external data
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned
  • Travel requirements: Travel expected up to 5% of the time

Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7 or more years of experience in relevant field
  • 5 or more years of management experience required

 

    Other Relevant Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree preferred
