Responsibilities
- Be single point of escalation and manage strategic relationships with Carrier Technical teams
- Build, setup, and maintain SFTP connections for Carriers for both legacy AWS and Google Cloud servers
- Guide automation to replace existing manual configurations for all carrier EDI integrations
- Standardize and dictate p44 EDI standards for both Edifact and Ansi standards to all EDI partners
- Receive, review, test, and approve customer and carrier EDI files for preprocessing and ingestion
- Grow EDI message set capability by mapping added elements from booking request, booking confirmation, bill of lading, and schedule EDI message sets
- Partner with CX/PS and Ocean Program Managers to support EDI integration and Carrier Onboarding
- Manage FFW EDI connections and integrations while preparing for transition to API
- Represent Network for EDI quality issues and working with Carriers to resolve
- Liase with Ocean Product team on data elements from EDI into our Product
- Liase with Booking Product team to identify available data elements and use within new Booking Product
- Liase with Data Quality team to ensure partner EDI data meets p44 standards and SLAs
