Service Delivery Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is looking to make a large impact by collaborating well with others. As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of 3Cloud’s professional services organization.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Sales and Delivery Teams to track and prepare for upcoming client engagements

Onboard new client engagement

• Assist with engagement staffing
• Work with Project Management Team to monitor and support delivery of client engagements
• Salesforce and Financial Force administration and support
• Client Contract review and support
• Implement process and automation to ensure operational efficiency

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales and/or project coordinator role
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills: you are articulate, straightforward, thoughtful and consistent
• Strong attention to details, with strong analytical skills
• A passion for using technology to solve problems
• A natural inclination for building and fostering relationships with clients and project teams
• A love for problem-solving - you can prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and can guide a team through the issue resolution process
• The ability to multitask, juggling multiple concurrent streams of work and ensuring success for all of them
• A knack for teamwork – you’re at your best in a closely collaborative environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
• You have used Salesforce/Financial Force to track data

In addition, while it’s not required, we’d love it if you had:

• Any kind of exposure to organizations moving technology workloads to a cloud platform (we focus on Microsoft, but your experience doesn’t have to be there.
• Understanding of Professional Services business model
