WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Deliver projects with an Agile mindset, learning & iterating frequently
• Direct enterprise partners in data integration planning & delivery
• Organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects
• Manage multiple projects with varying scope while consistently meeting deliverables and striving to exceed expectations
• Understand the underlying technologies being used on a partner and/or project to be able to provide project management over technical implementation projects
• Interface effectively with product managers, designers & engineers
• Identify, communicate & remove impediments to project progress
• Engage at varying levels of technical detail depending on the audience
• Address partner inquiries at the appropriate level of criticality

Requirements

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• You have 5+ years of consulting or software project management experience
• You have experience delivering complex projects and working with enterprise partners in an Agile framework
• You are passionate about enterprise architecture and systems integrations
• You understand the technical aspects of full-stack SaaS platform engineering
• You can maintain composure and drive resolution of time-sensitive matters
• You can balance the goals of your project with those of the broader company
• You are equally comfortable leveraging a defined process or designing a new one
• You are able to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical individuals
• You are exceptionally well-organized
• You are known as a strong communicator

• Provide leadership and be accountable for the performance of the overall Delivery organization as scale
• Become the primary external liaison for one of our large enterprise partner relationships
• Influence and drive processes to improve how and why we deliver software the way we do
• Take ownership of a product area to drive informed strategy and architecture decisions
• Expand your management purview of NextCapital into Product, Operations, Training, Engineering and beyond
