Digital Transformation Manager
We are the Global Solution Delivery and Integration Services Team, the will be responsible for leading our development partner to ensure the Global solution is fully integrated.
The Solution Integration Manager will develop rapport with the Segment Run & Deploy teams to understand market specific considerations and integration points.
You will also work with our development partners to develop a deep technical understanding of the solution to act as the key McDonald’s contact for the market and their delivery teams.

Solution Readiness
• Familiarity with DevOps Engineering principles such as API management, automation of CI/CD pipelines, testing and infrastructure provisioning
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture and Engineering teams to identify technical transformation activities and development engineering roadmap
• Work with Development and Engineering teams to prioritize and drive transformational change to technology platforms
• Experience working in a Global environment with multiple global stakeholders
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and impact on implementing a DevOps mindset
• Experience in collaborating with highly technical Architecture and Engineering teams
• Experience in communicating highly technical concepts and tying to customer value and business vision
• Strong ability to operate in influential environment to bring teams along on technical transformation journey
• Team focused collaborator, with strong written, verbal and listening skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead through change, advocate for and influence lean agile transition
• Comfortable facilitating and leading conversations with large groups ranging from Business and Product teams to Technical Engineering teams
Deployment
• Work with provider in ensuring that market preparations have been accounted for
• Provide governance in post-mortem reviews to identify issues in deployment and full SDLC
• Ensure that market specific technical issues make it back to request backlog for consideration in future releases
• Implement process improvement in appropriate areas of development lifecycle
Requirements
• 3-5 years experience
Technical Solution Review
• Obtain technical understanding of full solution stack as well as integration points
• Ability to identify market specific integration points and provide feedback to be considered as part of technical designs
• Assist in design of backend integration APIs and product integration
• You will meet with Architecture and development teams to develop understanding of modifications to current features
• API contracts
• Call structure and Data Flows between and within applications/services
• Understanding of what principles will have market impact
• Deployment strategy to the markets
• Delivery dates (Dev, QA, Delivery to Market)
• Test Plans/Strategy
• Environment Plans/Strategy
• Provide oversight to VDT and Dev Managers on following,
• Validation Plans of Key Integration Points, including application dependencies
• Triaging of integration tasks and issues
• Governance of backend product / services / assets
Market Engagement
• Integration variances into core solution across markets and market specific solutions
• Market specific configurations
• Marketing strategies and plans
• Work with Segment, market and MDTs to understand key feature requests and educate teams on technical deployment considerations for upcoming features and functionality
• Work with development partners and segment teams to communicate key handoff points and review of appropriate documentation to ease in delivery, including but not limited to the following,
• Deployment Approach
• Testing Strategy, including plans, coverage and targets
• Infrastructure requirements
• Market Environment Handoffs
• Educate Segments teams on deployment strategy into the market (blue/green vs. upgrade) and ensure MDT and market teams clearly understand requirements
• Act as McDonald's expert on solution delivery related activities through,
• Regular and impromptu communications to relevant partners and leadership
• Acting as escalation point for market and provider
• Work with teams to understand challenges and provide mentorship to the provider on integrating market’s local systems
