The Solutions Consultant works directly with prospects to understand their needs and provide solution leadership and expertise, and acts as a thought leader, and evangelist to educate, guide, inspire, and influence prospective clients. The Solutions Consultant works closely with Sales to position Evive to win new business.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Sales organization in the qualification of client needs through via a guided and consultative discovery process.
- Architect, inspire, and guide prospects and clients on what is possible with Evive solutions.
- Participate across the sales lifecycle on acquiring strategic clients.
- Provide technical, functional and solution subject matter expertise to our sales team, prospects and clients.
- Create and deliver technical product demonstrations, both standard and tailored, to prospects and existing clients.
- Support and contribute to both RFI and RFP process.
- Represent Evive at industry events – user conferences, trade shows, analyst demonstrations, webinars and marketing events.
- Forge strong relationships within the Evive organization and community to collaboratively serve the needs of prospective and current clients.
- Help build out internal best practices for articulating both product capabilities and strategic value in collaboration with Solutions Principal, Product, Client Experience and Outcomes/Data Analytics teams.
- Remote position – travel to meet with prospects and clients (50%).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA Preferred
- Three or more years of experience in consulting with or leading HR and benefits functions.
- Deep and broad knowledge of HR and Benefits in the large enterprise space.
- Proven strategic thinker with the ability to expertly manage simultaneous technology components to present robust product demonstrations.
- Expert proficiency in telling a concise and meaningful solutions and value proposition story.
- Dynamic and engaging personality with the passion to succeed in a fast-paced, and growing company.
