The Solutions Engineer will drive the adoption of our products and solutions by supporting the Account Executives and Business Development Executives throughout their engagements with our clients and prospects.  This person will be key in engaging with the market to provide a deep overview of Syndigo’s solutions to drive the business forward. The Solutions Engineer will collaborate across multiple teams including Marketing, Client/Business Development, Product Management, and Technology to successfully articulate the value of the Content Experience Hub (CXH) solution to the market. This person will work collaboratively with clients and prospects to ensure that they are best leveraging CXH to address their business initiatives.

This role may be based in Syndigo’s office in Chicago, Cleveland, or Nashville.  Some business travel will be required – approximately 15%. 

Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales of our solutions by providing guidance and direction to our clients and prospects through virtual and onsite meetings
  • Be the subject matter expert in the customization and delivery of Content Experience Hub demos and use cases
  • Be a partner to clients and prospects in aligning our solutions to their business problems
  • Work closely with the sales team on proposals and RFP’s
  • Put together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
  • Work closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.
  • Present proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.
  • Assist the commercial team in quantifying prospects and identifying the market potential within segments
  • Develop, in partnership with product marketing, material to help articulate the impact and reach of our solutions in the market

Experience required:

  • 3-10 years of related experience in the retail, distribution, and brand space, with specific experience with data and software solutions delivered to this sector.
  • Experience in a B2B organization
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong analytical skills, combined with sales awareness and technical knowledge
  • Experience collaborating cross functionally with both internal and external team

Travel Required

Yes. 15% overnight travel expected
