What You'll Bring
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
5+ years of experience managing ScrumMaster or Agile Coaching teams
5+ years of enterprise scale Agile Transformation experience, hands-on and practical in nature
Experience with Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and scaling frameworks (SAFe, S@S, LeSS)
Certification(s) in Agile (PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, SA, SASM or equivalent) is desired
We’d Love To See:
Strong leadership building skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively, both independently and in a team environment, in an atmosphere of multiple initiatives
Working knowledge of Agile Application Lifecycle Management (Rally, TFS, JIRA, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing products and solving problems
Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as listening skills
Strong facilitation and collaboration skills; organization skills and attention to detail; and presentation skills
Impact You'll Make
The Sr. Manager will work with Managers who have teams of ScrumMasters and RTEs
Help achieve higher levels of maturity and delivery of business value via improved planning and execution capability and alignment by coaching and mentoring ScrumMasters and RTEs
Work cross-functionally with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals and successful delivery of business value and business outcomes
Work with senior management and other peers for strategy development, planning and execution, and report out progress on execution
Understand the general principles of Agile as outlined in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and be fully aligned to those principles
