The Role: The Demand Generation & Digital team is seeking a skilled and experienced project manager to handle complex, global initiatives aligned with and driven out of the Demand Generation organization and help build out best-in-class project management capabilities. This person will project manage the redesign of our B2B web presence and help build out best-in-class project management capabilities for the marketing function.
We need influencers who can align cross-functional partners to ensure the best possible digital experience for our customers. The right candidate will enjoy and thrive in working in a fast-paced environment but be able to effectively build structure.
Job Responsibilities• Frame and scope the problem statement to create project charter, build requirements, manage schedule and milestones, enable resourcing, work with cross-functional stakeholders (including leadership), identify dependencies, reduce risks and drive the initiative progress on a weekly basis• Assist with managing project budget, including reforecasting the budget.• Drive communications strategy for the initiatives, qualitative and quantitative analysis of the program performance and track/ensure program and industry impact• Explore new strategic opportunities, during project management to inform the future roadmap, for leadership consideration• Support the team to develop and manage end-to-end projects and ensure outcomes and successful delivery• Refine the current project management methods into a system of repeatable processes that that will become the standard procedure for organizing and managing projects across the Global demand Gen org.• Own the design, development, implementation, and governance of these processes.• Provide thought leadership and drive structure for the strategic project management function, as well as for the team
Qualifications• 7+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or equivalent program management experience• 3+ years of experience working in large-scale operations, domains such as online operations, informational systems, management consulting, process improvements• 1+ years of experience in Agile development practices as a Scrum Master• Experience configuring and working in project management technologies such as Atlassian JIRA and Asana.• Experience working with outside agencies, outsourcing, contingent workforce including CW models and pricing frameworks• Impeccable business judgment, along with a natural inclination to formulate hypotheses, design tests, and use problem-solving techniques to evaluate solutions• Leadership skills in influencing and managing change.• Strength in cross-functional collaboration with demonstrated expertise in driving complex highly ambiguous programs with multiple stakeholders.• Experience facilitating brainstorming sessions to gather requirements• The ability to communicate clearly at all levels• Experience supporting and enabling cross-functional stakeholders/teams within and beyond demand gen & digital marketing• Experience in operational excellence and process improvement methodologies like Agile and Lean• Experience in governance/Operations/Program management leadership• Bachelor's Degree
