Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer business practices and goals to craft project44 as the solution
- Apply deep business strategy development, architecting value and operating model architecture skills to influence client buying decisions
- Use critical and creative thinking along with analytics and data visualization tools to solve prospect customer’s Supply Chain challenges
- Business development, following up with key accounts to maintain and build relationship with customer stakeholders
- Conduct research, exploratory analysis and hypothesis generation to define and execute an approach to deliver meaningful insights to improve clients’ Supply Chain
- Work with leadership to help perform and develop ROI studies for our existing customers and in an effort to develop new prospects
- Synthesize and generate content for the sales team to enable and continuously educate our salesforce on best practices/trends
- Generate Value Engineering collateral including data analysis, power point and ROI models
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
- 2+ years of Management Consulting experience (Big 4 preferred)
- Excellent with PowerPoint, excel, and data analysis
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Comfort presenting to a variety of audiences including senior customer stakeholders.
- Proficiency with data to drive decision making
- Strong executional mindset with experience building scalable processes
- Ability to be strategic while rolling up your sleeves alongside your team to solve problems
- Passion for customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to travel (up to 60%) to visit customers and prospects
