SVP Consulting
This role will report directly to the President of Ensono and therefore have direct influence on global strategy and operational cadence for book of business over $500M which includes non-recurring revenues of over $30M. The SVP will need to show experience and success in taking services (people, process, and tools) from their infancy to a scalable and profitable consulting service practice areas.
The goal of the Ensono’s Consulting Services is to grow Ensono’s client base by offering an industrial strength consulting engagement service that at its core value proposition will provide existing clients and prospects Ensono’s thought leadership, insights, and recommendations which will ignite a transformation of a Client’s business and IT estate. Ensono Consulting shall provide proven transformational methods and tools, which will create a safe passage from the Client’s “As Is IT Estate” into a “To Be IT Estate” in which success will be defined by achieving the Client’s documented target outcomes.
To accomplish this goal, the SVP of Consulting Service will be accountable for the enablement and financial results of three core consulting practice areas:
- Transformational Consulting Practice
- Solution Assessments Consulting Practice
- Cloud Migration Consulting Practice
Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years managing a Consulting P&L
- Proven experience in building a consulting book of business.
- Independent and self-directed
- Resourceful and confident under pressure
- Excellent Presentation & communication skills
- Strong management and business skills
- Strong empathy, self-awareness and interpersonal skills
- Curious, driven to deeply understand clients’ business and objectives and make appropriate recommendations
- Able to challenge status quo
