This essential role demands an organized, knowledgeable individual to play a key role in managing telecoms engineering work for PHMG clients. PHMG is expanding into new markets and products related to voice cloud telephony, requiring the expansion of our west coast implementation team based in our Chicago Headquarters. 

This individual will have a technical analyst background and will provide advice to other staff on how to effectively on-board clients and implement technology based services for our clients voice cloud platforms. You’ll liaise with Internal Field Service Managers, Client Account Managers and third-party suppliers – ensuring information and support are offered when needed to uphold the seamless set-up of our services.

The ideal candidate will have a college degree, strong attention-to-detail, and communication skills of the same caliber – both written and spoken. You’ll use this talent, alongside your great telephone manner, to deliver exemplary customer service and thrive in a professional office environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Hands-on technical on-boarding of clients
• Resolution of service fulfillment request related to technical client on-boarding
• Set-up of call flow, IVRs, call distribution groups for clients telephone system to enhance caller experience and enable audio branding play to all callers
• Working with 3rd party partners in configuring clients phone systems
• Coordinator all works and resources within own projects related to service fulfillment
• Manage own project case and workload

What we look for:  

• Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree or applicable experience
• 2 or more years of experience in technical client on-boarding
• Media/Digital technology provider experience
• Strong organizational and written skills
• Technical and personable
• Strong attention-to-detail
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Ambitious and motivated
